Meet Laura

the owner and designer of Imogene & Rose Designs, formerly known as Invitations by Laura. 

and I moved to West Virginia when I was a young child. 

I attended Marshall University (Go Herd!)

where I received my bachelor's degree in accounting. 

I started this fun, challenging, but amazing business in 2014 out of my home, in Bluefield, West Virginia

with a passion to provide quality and unique wedding invitations to my customers in the local area

of Southwest Virginia. As my business grew, and slowly began to take over my home,

I decided to expand into a brick and mortar store in 2018.

Since then, our invitation and stationery line has expanded and is now sold by several thousand retailers across the United States and in other countries across the globe.

We also had the honor of being awarded the Best of WV Weddings 2022 in the Invitations & Stationery Category!

In 2020 when COVID hit, we began custom engraving to help sustain our business.  At that time, since no parties or events were happening our paper business felt a huge impact.  Investing in our two Glowforge Pro's literally saved my business and expanded us into new markets.  Our marble coasters being our BEST seller!

We've had the privilege of creating custom engrave orders for customers like Amazon IGTV, Capital One Performance Hall, Abeja Winery, The Ronald Raegan Presidental Foundation and many more!
