Return Policy

Non-personalized merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return. Returns must be received in new and unused condition. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  
 
You May Not Return: Any item that has been personalized.
 
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order upon receipt.   If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
